Timber Pest Report

A Timber Pest Inspection Report will indicate if there has been past and/or current timber pest infestation on the property, timber pests (termites, borers of seasoned timber and wood fungi decay). The report will also comment on areas conducive to timber pest infestation, such as subfloor drainage and ventilation, and other areas of concern.
