ACT Sellers Packages
We have put together an ACT SELLERS PACKAGE for vendors in the ACT selling their homes. This package includes a building, pest, compliance and energy efficiency rating which are the four mandatory reports required to sell your property in the ACT.

Deferred payment: This is for settlement on the sale, or for 180 days should the property not sell. Should you wish to make payment after settlement, that can be done for an additional $180. Just add it to the figures above, and it will be invoiced accordingly.
