Compliance Report

Property Inspections Capital to Coast takes care of all the hard work for you by submitting a Building Conveyancing Enquiry to Environment Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate-planning. They usually release the Building File in several working days. However, for an additional fee, there is an option to fast track this process which enables the Building File to be released within 24 hours.

The Building File contains information on dates of permits, certificates of occupancy and copies of the plans, dating from the construction of the original residence and incorporating any renovations/extensions that have been completed. It also includes copies of the original survey report and drainage plans. Following receipt of the file our Inspector will come out to the property and look for unapproved and non-compliant structures. Under ACT legislation, any unapproved structure must be noted in the Compliance report.
